Our second wedding this weekend was Kristin and Matt's..... they got married in Windthorst and we were so honored to be a part of their day! 

I am just *slighty* in love with this shoe shot Andrew captured while I was taking some pictures of the girls getting ready!

This is quite often one of my favorite shots of the day- when the bride and groom walk out together from the ceremony after being pronounced husband and wife!  I just love the emotion and the excitement!   

Wow..... beautiful couple......beautiful day!

We started off our 2- wedding weekend with Kate and Dan's wedding in Regina on Friday.  We photographed their engagement session back in the fall & have been looking forward to sharing their special day with them!  Dan is Savanna's brother- so it was fun to see them at the wedding too!

From the first time I met up with Savanna and Marco I've been super excited to photograph their engagement session!  They drove out one evening last week.... and we loved our time with them.... such a happy, in-love, beautiful couple!!

The day after Amber's maternity shoot..... we snuck in a quick session of the girls!  Next time I photograph this family there will be a new baby..... and maybe we'll even convince her husband Andrew to take a holiday from work to come visit us in the happening town of Peebles :)

Today I photographed a few grads.... and we had a little friend following us around!  This kitty... a new addition to our family was very loved and spoiled with lots of cuddles and attention!  Definitely a hit!! 

Last summer we had some friends from Winnipeg come stay with us for 2 weeks so the kids could do swimming lessons together-  we had a great time doing a few different fun shoots during that time.  You can check them out here and here and here and here!!!

Amber and her girls have come to stay with us for a few days now..... and this time Amber is pregnant (and just as beautiful as ever!)  We have been waiting and waiting for the rain to stop so we could sneak outside for a maternity session.  It was still cold and the ground was soaking.... but you couldn't ask for a better subject to photograph.  She asked me if I wanted her to lay in the grass..... poor girl was soaked but we got some great shots! 

This past weekend we traveled to Swift Current for Caryn & Ty's wedding.  The weather was absolutely perfect and I was in love with the blossoms on the trees!  We couldn't have asked for a better day.... congratulations Caryn & Ty! 


 

Tuesday night we headed out to the Caswell Farm to do some family pictures in celebration of their little guy Thomas' 1st birthday.  I think I must have shot a record amount of pictures for a family session..... there are so many to go through!  I promised I'd get a little preview up for them before this little guys grandparents head back to Kentucky.....

Chesney & Todd put so much effort into making their session extra special.... and all those little touches definitely show.   The beautiful cake decorated by Chesney (which got destroyed!!) and the helium balloons.... the wagon..... all made for some fantastic shots!

We did manage to have a nice spring evening (which seem to be few and far between) to photograph Sara's grad casual pics.  She brought out her guitar and entertained me with her crazy antics and infectious laugh :)  Less than one month till grad day... countdown is on!!  Love this girl sooo much...... :)
